Essentially yes. Though how Cohen couldn’t just float the 130k.... idk.

We shall see if anything even comes of this.

A massive fishing expedition with historically epic proportions of hubris and mendacity guiding its very raison d'etre.

Only those who are blind can not see...

So, you think your side can just shut all over civil liberties to get a duly elected president kicked out of office; and the MILLIONS of people that voted for Trump will do nothing?

Like someone else said, you will be disappointed.

No shite. It's getting a little scary seeing the Deep State going after Trump. This is a new low/high.

What should we expect from the FBI.An agency built by a drag queen using the building blocks of blackmail.

What he should be saying is that attorney client privilege can’t be used to conceal criminal activity. Then he would be correct.

Are you that fricking stupid? I guess someone had better tell all those criminal defense attorneys they’d better get ready to get raided, you dipshit.

I think the office raid will get him. Jeff Sessions is a POS that should have been fired long ago. The mueller team should bever have been allowed. The office raid will bury Trump.

I'm very concerned that we may look back on things and note the office raid as the inflection point.

Seems messy surely he has a lot of expenses. How he couldn't float it is interesting. Was the home equity loan only allowed for house shite? Lol if we start caring about people lying on mortgages.

True or false is Mueller involved if so how broad is his task lol

Jesus this is some bad law. There is a difference between a communication where a client says he previously broke the law and a communication that is part of breaking the law.

The second type of communication is not provileged and this isn’t some new revelation.

You can get a home equity loan for other things, you just can’t lie.

As to caring about people lying on their mortgage, most tax evaders don’t go to prison. Al Capone did. Technical violations have been used to either punish or get evidence of more serious crimes for a long time.

Trump needs action?

He is bending no and China to his will, fixing the border, and fixing the middle east.

Trump needs more people to stop whining and help.

what is sweet about this - Southern NY U.S. Attorney Breman is a former law partner of Mayor Rudy and back in Oct 2016 gave Trump's campaign a cool $5,400 - naturally trump tapped him for the U.S. Attorney of the southern district of N.Y. ...good times for some melt butter on hot popcorn.
