Anyone know of any complexes other than Surfside? In-laws looking to buy and it is a Seemingly hard feature to search for and realtors haven’t been much help. Thanks

Either someone from your side is asking the question wrong* or the animal y’all want simply does not exist.

Trust me, Walton County realtors want to make money off you all.

*Possibly y’all are giving them a bad vibe where they don’t want to deal with you all?

Explain better what you are looking for? A 4 bedroom condo where one master bedroom is locked out to potentially to other use?

I mean there's a bunch of 3,4, and 5 bedroom condos you can put a lock on a door. But it may be a weird layout without that locked room.

There's also quite a few places you can get 2 2 bedrooms that have a door between them, and some 3 bedrooms with a 2 bedroom with a door between them.

Several complexes in Sandestin have lockout units. I’ve seen them as big as 2 - 3 bedrooms though, not 4.

Try Tops’l. They have select units like what you’re looking for but they aren’t cheap by any means.

I know the Terrace at Pelican has lockouts on the end units, but can't remember if those are 3/4 BR. I think they are 3 BR and the lockout doesn't have a kitchenette. Just a mini fridge and microwave, unless someone has added since construction. So it would be a 2BR unit to rent and a 1BR owners lockout without any real way to cook. My parents owned one there for over a decade, but we were in a true 3BR 2BA unit in the middle.
