I’m looking to find a home improvement or contractor who does good work in the Baton Rouge area.
1. Trim and Paint work
2. Leaking window
3. Staircase banister loose
4. Hardy plank trim coming loose on outside of house
5. Kitchen sink faucet leaking
Things I may do in the future are:
Painting most of the house
Ripping up wood floors and going with tile that looks like wood

That's a job for a professional painting contractor if you can't DIY.

Real wood floors or engineered/parquet stuff? If real wood then much better to sand and refinish. Engineered and some laminate floors can be screened and top-coated.

Shreveport, though I know there's work waiting for me in Baton Rouge.
