Yeah all #1 seeds in the final 4 sure does prove that.
First of all, I was mainly referring to the fact that most of the media seemed to refer to UCONN as the clear number #1 favorite and "unbeatable," but obviously Notre Dame and Mississippi State last year (when the same thing was going on) proved that wrong. Which leads me to my second point, Mississippi State may be a #1 seed this year, but they weren't last year when they upset UCONN. Regardless, my post was more "holisitic." I wasn't just thinking about this year, but the last several years. I wasn't just thinking about the final four this year when I was thinking about the current year, but also thinking about the whole tournament. And I was also thinking about how LSU stacked up against many top teams this year and the potential for the future given how young a team they are. That was my point.

Yeah Miss St was a 2 seed last year
Real parity.
Real parity.

So UConn losing twice in 150 games on the last shot in overtime of the Final Four proves that there is parity?
