I don’t believe you. An officer can’t ticket someone based off a radar reading while moving. Other methods but not radar.

In most states yes they can. They do it in Louisiana and Mississippi all of the time.

The radar has to take into account it’s own speed... not that hard to do.

Oh yes they can. Every speeding ticket I have ever had was from meeting a cop or patrolman coming the opposite direction.

You can’t do it with laser. But you can with radar.

Come to MS and give your theory a try.
