Had the micropole on my kayak malfunction and the entire pole went through the gears and out the bottom gone forever. A few emails and I had a new pole with zero shipping fees at my doorstep.

Same here.
Pole was dropping randomly so I contacted them and they sent a new unit($600) without any questions asked... Next trip, it’s still acting up. I call PP back and they sent a new lithium battery ($200)without questions asked.
Their customer service is second to none fa sho.
