because 4-6 year olds care what they look like. Teaching them to get outs in the in an efficient way isn't teaching them the game? About on the same level as having your pitcher run to whatever bag the force is at when he catches it. His kids went on to play tournament ball and high school ball. Rolling the ball in t-ball to get outs didn't affect their ability to learn the game.

yes rolling the ball to first base is not teaching the game. All you need to focus on at tball level is getting their skill levels improved which is including the art of throwing the ball. That is essentially your whole job out there. And believe me, kids don't roll any better than what they throw at that age.

has nothing to do with a tball coach doing the kids any favors by having the roll balls around the field like a bunch of pussies and the biggest pussy on the field would be the coach telling them to do so acting like the tball "out" was even that important.
