I know this does not help today but this is one of the reasons we got an instant pot. Sometimes I don't have time to spend the 3 hours or so on the grill.
So, 25 minutes in an instant pot, and 15 minutes at 450 in the oven gets me this:

Damn. I seem to only use my instant pot to cook rice. And it burns my basmati half of the time.
