A) Bench 5x3 across
B) 16 min: Min 1 BBJOs, Min 2 V-UPS, Min 3 Cal Row, Min 4 rest

A) 235x5x3

B) I kept a 10 BBJO pace, V-UPs sucked, and I was around 15 cals per round.

..by the time I was on the rower, I only had 50 secs or so per round..

I got 190 clean and jerk twice today. May have done it once before, but I know never twice. Feel like it's going to be forever before I get 200. 5 lb increase for me at that level feels like a ton.

A.)Clean and Jerk- 15 min to work up to a heavy set of 2 reps

B.)5 Rounds for Time
12 Hang Power Cleans (95/65)
9 STOH (95/65)
200 meter Run

C.)100 v ups AFAP
