25 push ups

DB Incline Press (8 sets)
88lbs sand bag carries 200 meters

finished with DB flys and shoulder super sets

5x5 squats. Worked to 135lbs. Still keeping lifts light. Just hit 2 months post knee scope. Weight felt good and easy. Slowly increasing. Focusing on depth and form.
