Sucks because I was really looking forward to the B portion of the WOD, which was:

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A.DEADLIFT 5X3 ACROSS

B.) 5 SETS:

3 HANG P. CLEAN
20 DOUBLE UNDER
REST 1 MINUTE

*PICK A WEIGHT THAT IS HEAVY FOR 3 UNBROKEN REPS*


But definitely no hang power cleans with a fricked up back

shite, we go from deads in A to more deads in B plus rowing. I strongly dislike that.
