A) 3 sets: Pronated S/A Rows 10-12 per side 3030 tempo, 3-5 Deficit HSPUs as slow as possible
B) 10 min AMRAP: 5 Strict Pull-ups, 10 OH plate sit-ups (45/25), 15 push-ups.

A) Messed around with the 35s and did 3 parallette HSPUs as slow as possible per set
B) 4+13 Rx

Did deads today, felt my back tighten up but ignored it and wound up pulling a muscle again. I'm trying to correct my deadlift form, I was bending at the knee too early.. well I'm overcompensating and not bending early enough, putting a strain on my back. Need to go light until I get this down.
