Conditioning work today
1000m row
5 pull ups
25 push ups
25 Air Squats
5 slam balls

Just got my new Sand bags and I need to fill them. where is the best place to by sand that will equal the weights listed on the fill bags?

Another one I am looking forward to:

A.)Push Press- 6 sets of 5 reps ascending in weight

B.)12 min AMRAP
5 Clean and Jerks (135/95)
10 Bar Over Burpees
20 Double Unders or 60 single Unders

C.)100 AB Mat Sit Ups AFAP- ever time you break 10 Hanging knee raises
