Need to start hitting the HiiBB with us now that you got room.

Tonight I did

123 ladder emom
1-front squat
2-FS
3-FS

All same weight then 400m row for time. Rest 3 min and add 20 lbs to the bar, repeat, rest, add 20lbs to bar and repeat.

Then had a circuit for 3 rounds
KB overhead walking lunges-10 each leg
GhD-10 reps
Strict hanging L raises

No rest between rounds

Finished with some bb work on calves and glutes.

All pieced from the HiiBB books. After my vacation in 2 weeks, I plan to start the HiiBB over and run it as laid out for 60 days then do his HiiBB 100.

I need to look into this HiiBB just moved into new house, so workouts have been inconstant, getting it done just no real pattern.
New garage gym is set up
