quote:Yeah, the short demonstration vid shows her just holding to her side in right hand.
What hand do you hold it w on the lunge or step?
Same hand until you get tired.
Damn she's good at those push ups.

When I was really working on strict HSPUs I could crank out 27-30 unbroken out of the gate.
It’s probably 22-25 now. Getting to them won’t be too bad.
On the HS walks, you can attack it one of two ways:
1. Switch arms every 25’
2. Use the same arm for 50’, but quickly drop the DB to your shoulder for a second at 25’ while you pivot and go back to a lockout position on the 2nd 25’. Switch arms for the next 50’
I’ll probably start with #2 for the first 100’ and change to #1 for the next 100.
Stepups will be a grinder to stay moving. You need to find a good position for the DB here so your shoulders aren’t too fricked up headed to the wall.
If you suck at strict HSPUs but can get some, just work on singles from the get go. The more time you spend inverted trying to get an extra rep, the more time you will be staring at the wall trying to recover.
Everything I have read says getting to the HSPUs as fast as possible is the key to this workout.
