I think I want to make a strict pullup a goal in 2019. I've never been able to do one in my life, and I've already wanted to. Gonna need pointers from coaches and to lose some more weight. I can't even do one with the thickest bands in the gym

If you strapped the band up and did a jumping pull-up, is there some resistance there for you to do a negative? Hold your chin over bar & lower slowly
