WORKOUT OF THE DAY

40” ON / 20” OFF X 5 MINUTES @ EACH STATION

-PULL UPS

-PUSH UPS

-AIR SQUATS

*KEEP A ROLLING COUNT*





Was not feeling it at all today. Really drug myself to the gym, had to grind though the whole thing.

Substituted ring rows for pullups and knee push-ups for push-ups.

For Time:

90 thrusters w/ 35# bar (this was a sub for wall balls)
60 Toes to Bar
30 Hang Power Snatch
