Today is the kind of day that makes me love CrossFit. OTOH, if everyone did C, it would take forever, as we only have three of those thingies.

DAILY GYM WOD
3/13/18- Tuesday Training

A.)
Back Squat- 6 sets of 4 Reps with 4 count descent
B.)
5 Rounds for Time
15 Wall Balls
100 Meter Farmers Carry (53/35)
200 Meter Run
20 min Time Cap!
C.)
3 Rounds
20 GHD Hip Extensions
20 Mountain Climbers each Leg

Strength did hang cleans

Hit a couple singles at 185

Conditioning

8 rounds 2 mins each round

200 meter sprint 3 over head press at 95lbs. Remaining time is your rest

Then did some dumbbell complex work

Glad to have found this thread. Because my girl has to be at work in the hospital by 7 M-F, we wake up at 4:30 and plan a 20 minute Crossfit-style workout for time.

Today was

EMOM: 1* Uphill Levee Sprint
5* Burpees

Total: 20 uphill sprints, 100 burpees

Would love other's suggestions for bodyweight, running, and medicine ball workouts for time (~20 min.) if willing to share.
