I mean, you can believe whatever the frick you want. I actually came close to not posting this because it’s a public board, but it honestly bothered me. It was not a civil service employment test. CS tests typically are given at the beginning of the hiring process which I’ve already taken.

So if it is unclassified, it's not illegal per se. If it is for a higher level position or political appointment, well it's dumb, but understandable. Part of those jobs include loyalty and political discretion. Still, to actually put it on paper is just sloppy. They should figure that out on their own.

If it's higher education, well that is a different story. Why the hell would they need to know that?

If it wasn't a CS test, what was it for? Classified position or unclassified?
