Now in the studies it was the equivalent of 270mg/day for a 200 lbs male. So obviously way more than we would take. That's why I said don't take over 30, cause it's not needed and it's a really safe dose

Yea I read about the studies and anything over 20 just doesn’t make sense. Like any medication, you def don’t want to stay on it for an extended period either, so 12 weeks it is and then I’m done for 12 weeks.
