That's called money laundering. Funnel money to these public places and then it's gobbled up by the thieves. That's what's wrong with the state budget s*** that's what's wrong with the federal budget. The sad part is they're not held accountable because they're all in on it.

Uh-uh. I saw the governor on TV last night and he said it’s the state Republicans that are the problem.
They don’t want to agree with him.
