He's not being called to testify. His emails, text messages, etc. have been subpoenaed and he has until Friday to provide them. He can be thrown in jail Friday if he doesn't provide them, or provide a legitimate reason why he can't. His TV appearances today aren't likely to help any potential legitimate reasons.

Hell thats simple just bleach wash and use a hammer on all his phones and computers like Hillery Killery did and he's home free
