Please highlight the portions of the Trump doctrine that are pro-Russian?

jesus christ you Trumpkins...

it was part of their platform at the Nomination Convention.
no sanctions being imposed despite unanimous support in Congress
120 million given to the state department to combat Russian meddling....ZERO SPENT.
Trump will cuss out his AG publicly, humilating him and yet sucks the dick of Putin with n'er a word about Putin's aggressive policies and actually calls a dictator 'a great leader'.
Not one Intelligence Agency department head has been given an order to actively go after Russian cyber efforts from this administration.
Trump is considering returning the embassy properties closed down by Obama in response to their hacking our systems, back to the Russians.

shall i go on.

None of that does anything to help the evil empire. So all you and Rex can come up with is Trump didn't sanction Russia for helping Trump? That is some weak arse sauce compared to Obama and Hillary shipping Uranium.

People still believe in this?

It's one of the enduring misconceptions of the Trump-Russia affair.

Congress didn't pass sanctions. Congress passed a bill that gave the Trump admin authority to impose sanctions on a narrowly defined portion of arms deals.

What combat assets does State have? The money is allocated to the Global Engagement Center but hasn't actually shown up in State's budget. The 1st $40 million is anticipated to be made avialbe soon and this is what the GEC will do with it:

quote:

Under the Information Access Fund, civil society groups, media content providers, non-governmental organizations, federally funded research and development centers, private companies and academic institutions will be eligible to compete for grants from the GEC to advance their important work to counter propaganda and disinformation

Sounds F'ing Swampy as F to me. I would hope Tillerson never releases a penny of it but agencies are bound by Congressional budget allocations.

You have insider knowledge of what actions the US is taking to counter global cyber threats?

And? Outside of the Russian Troll Farm there is more evidence for Perkins Coie actually conducting activities that interfered in the election than Russia.

Sure. Why not?

Why not comment on Trump's Syria policy? Energy policy? European missile defense policy? etc.
