I roll a lacrosse ball under my foot and then do set my foot in a bucket of ice twice daily for the last 10 or so days.

I do have a small arch or fairly flat foot.

Yea I’m inclined to take these Hoka shoes back. I shopped at a running/tri store and even though she said they would be good for lifting, I just can’t see how that would be the case.
