Wait what? The horror.
Go around the state and find me an area with good schools where the average house price isn’t between $250-$300K.
And what does that have to do with scholarship? Students that excel in high school should be automatically saddled with the cost of college just because their parents are able to afford to live in a place with good schools? Except if theyre female or a minority of course.

So they should suffer for being responsible parents and having success? Academic scholarships should be merit based just as athletic scholarships.
