I just watched it last night,
I actually liked the movie at first but by the time shes burning down the police station I couldnt take it anymore. Dumb Plot, Dialogue was lazy, Ending was shite.
Why would a hott Australian woman be married to a police chief in the middle of nowhere missouri? just saying

It's a movie that I fully expected to love based on the director, cast, and previews. And I went out of my way to watch it in a theater (not easy where I live), and I just got more and more disappointed. I love dark comedies but there wasn't much funny in this movie. And too many problems for suspension of disbelief to work out well. Mostly pointed out but Sam Rockwell's mom? Terrible stereotype and poor excuse. Large police department for small town, nah. The director really didn't understand America all that well. Woody Harrelson was great though and made the movie worth seeing. Sam Rockwell? I get that he did a great job of playing what the director wanted. But it would be nice to see him playing a role that wasn't an over the top lunatic. Probably I should watch it again, but, meh. Don't hate it but it's well short of what I was wanting.
