He stopped her well after midnight. Approached a stolen vehicle alone.
LDWF Agents have more power than any other LEO. No search warrant required and they can pull you over for speeding or swerving just like any other LEO.
This particular one (Wheeler) had set a record for DWI arrests or something along those lines.
Long story short: overzealous LDWF agent made a huge mistake in approaching a stolen vehicle with no backup.
I’ll get downvotes but LDWF agents in that area are known for being assholes.
