This board bears witness to some awful economic premises. So do mainstream publications. Most (though certainly not all) of that is forwarded in an attempt to prop up obamanomics and/or class warfare.
It seems your OP was intended sarcastically. I accept that. The problem is it floats in a sea polluted with imbecility on the topic. So the sarcasm was more difficult to read than perhaps you suppose.
E.g., As I post this, neocon George Will is actually proclaiming to a CNBC anchor that Wilbur Ross "knows nothing of commerce." I'd like to assume Will was being sarcastic, but he wasn't. The arrogance, the pervasive stupidity of a journalist issuing such a statement about Ross is breathtaking.
