When you start getting a former cop or current cop like him voicing his "concerns" people will start believing him just because of his badge. I'd love for a cop like that to tell me why I can't have a 17 round glock magazine to defend myself against the same people his officers have to arrest while they carry "high capacity" magazines.

Then again for a decade and in some states still with assault bans a retired cop can keep his "high capacity" magazines plus assault weapon. Learned that on a cop board years ago.
