This is simplistic, boogeyman thinking.

Russia and Putin are pissed because we and our European allies supported an illegal coup in Ukraine which was the direct cause of the Crimean crisis. And Clinton, who was Secretary of state, took millions from Ukraine oligarchs to support it.
