and while that cropped video clip does a good job at maybe making you think Obama was essentially saying "unassailable", this clip starts a little earlier, and in this one he makes it clear that fraud is at least possible.

adding "significant" obviously means that lesser forms of fraud have been found. therefore not unassailable
