Hell, all are POSSIBLE, but why? You'd spend 2.5 days in each country....plus waste much of your 2-week vacation traveling from country to country. Unless you're on the adult equivalent of "Make a Wish" for someone who's got very limited time left on earth, you should pick one or two from that list and try to focus.
--what do you & your traveling companions want to get out of this trip? Scenery, outdoors, activities? History, museums, cuisine, art, religion? Hanging w/locals? Checking off major sights on a list? Photographic opportunities? Particular kinds of food/beer/wine? A connection to family roots or personal history?
--how many people? couple or family? mobility issues and ability/activity levels?
--language skills? are you intrepid & a good traveler, or do you need eight suitcases, a butler, and a concierge to tell you where to go & make reservations?

You mention trying to find the best deals, but that means different things to different people.
