Guys thanks for all of the comments, suggestions and advice. I haven't been to Europe or the UK. So maybe we will split up the trips and do two separate at different times. It will be me and my wife, we want to see the scenery, locals, wine and sites. I guess we have a lot to think about and start planning on the most important places we want to visit. I do know Paris will be one for sure.
$15K budget, but not trying to spend it all if I don't have to, trying to find the best deals. If all are not possible, we will narrow it down to what fits best for the 2 weeks we will have.

I'm planning on making a 2 week trip to Europe and the UK in the fall, probably late October. We were thinking of Germany, Italy, France, Ireland and Scotland. What are your thoughts on best places to fly in, then the best place to fly out (meaning the cheapest)
