The first memo as good. The second memo as bad. That's 50/50. Not too bad. The "collusion" investigation on the other hand keeps coming up empty.

While I agree with your statement to a point, the DOJ and IC stonewalling the Congressional committee that is charged with their oversight is borderline criminal, everyone involved should be disciplined.
