Please ... Donald Trump is no Jack Ryan. During the same time period that "The Donald" was nursing his heel spurs, Jack Ryan volunteered to join the USMC and was at Quantico for OCS.

When the Duke and Duchess of Windsor were attacked in London, Ryan was about 40 years old. The Donald is about 70.

I'll take ~40 year old Jack Ryan and his USMC training over ~70 year old Donald Trump and a couple of years playing dress up at a military high school, even if he thinks that qualifies as military experience and makes him "as smart as the generals."
