Aramark does catering offshore. We used to call them “Gangstamark” because they would hire thugs on work release to clean bedrooms, cook and do our laundry. They would mostly congregate on the smoke deck or in the hallways standing around, sucking air through their teeth and rummage through everyone’s rooms. The food was so atrocious you were guaranteed to lose a few pounds.
Finally after the company got tired of shite getting stolen and numerous “discrimination” lawsuits, they fired them all, discontinued the work release program and hired Philippinos for cheaper and better results. The money that they saved went to hire actual cooks. Win-win...
