I mean.
Is it gonna ache forever if you don't get surgery?
frick that noise.
But dickheads get surgery all the time and half arse their way through rehab and end up no better.
My advice is don't be one of those pussies and get surgery and rehab as best you possibly can and then use that newfound discipline to better aspects of your life.
