This is the problem with non solution based watered down AA. I don't go to meetings to listen to old timers bitch about their day. I go to hear about the solution in the 1st 164 pages of the BB. If you are miserable and obsessing about drinking or telling war stories you aren't doing it right.

That said this doesn't happen over night. Meetings dont keep me sober they are just a piece. Get a sponsor work the Steps have a spiritual experience and do 10 11 and 12 all day.
