Some tips:

Garmisch Restaurant - we ate dinner at the Gasthof Fraundorfer that had traditional german food, plus german dancers with music

Partnachklamm - entry fee was 5 euros per person. Worth every penny

Zugspitze - 85 euro for two people to get to the top. Expensive but if clear I would do it again. Up top they have a restaurant and pub, so I am nerd who likes to say I drank a beer at the highest pub in Germany

Kitzbuhel - we partied a lot at the Londoner. It is where the winner of the downhill actually bartends the night after his win. The place was packed but cool. They would play the national anthem of each country and then a popular song. They played Born in the USA but all others seemed to like it. But lots of Olympians in there also. They would stop every 15-20 minutes and say lets have a warm welcome for X who was a Y medalist at Z games.

Also, if you are renting a car that uses the Austrian highway make sure to get your pass at a gas station so you do not get ticketed. They are strict about it. My friend got a ticket that he had to pay the fine on the spot and it was close to 200 dollars.
