Did this killer today for tight hips

Def a must try for someone who does tons of squatting and deadlifting. Our hips are already tighter then females

Anyone have a yoga for golf thoughts. I have lifted over the winter and my flexibility on the old swing is rough so far.

Thanks for this, very functional. I took for granted being a good athlete with great balance, but as I've got older even though I'm still in good shape, especially for my age, my flexibility really suffered.

Focusing on mobility exercises and stretching is really helping me.
