Hillary Clinton didn't laugh about Kathy Shelton. Hillary was a young lawyer who was assigned a case she didn't want, then did what evert lawyer is supposed to do: her best. When interviewed about it she gave a nervous laugh about having to do her job, not anything malicious toward Kathy Shelton.
