You can rent points through the sites above. Buying points means you own them for the remainder of the lease period (20-40 years). Beach Club is one of the most popular and expensive DVC places to rent point. You would need to reserve 11 months from your vacation to get Beach Club. You can get Saratoga Springs closer to your vacation time.
Disney also rents rooms at the Beach Club villa (DVC) as well as regular beach club through their normal reservation system with more availability than renting DVC points.
