If an 18 year old isn't an adult, then we shouldn't ask them to go to war for our country either. This is a bullshite pandering move. I've raised two well adjusted kids who have been shooting guns since they were 7 or 8 years old. Neither would consider shooting up a public place. Why should they be restricted because some 18 year olds are morons?
Be careful how you answer that...slippery slope and all.

Of course, I don’t think there is a clear solution to stop these shootings since they’re rare, random, and the circumstances of each are often very different from one another.
