The NSA says HI. If you think for one second that the NSA doesn’t already have a national database that they keep on every firearm background check done you are kidding yourself.

From the FOPA:

"nor that any system of registration of firearms, firearms owners, or firearms transactions or disposition be established."

So, you believe that the government is already knowingly breaking the law and you want to give them MORE power?

They don't, but even if they did, no specific firearm information other than you are attempting to purchase a long gun or a hand gun is given in the background check request. No specific firearm manufacturer, model or serial number is given.
