Nice post..... but BR isn't clost to what it was in the 80's.... the crime is out of control in certain areas.... the traffic is unbearable.... if you are going anywhere else north of Florida blvd from downtown to old Hammond highway you are at risk....

These are all facts......

Well of course not. We don't have an 18 year old drinking age anymore. We don't have the biggest rock acts in the world playing the PMAC every other weekend. Judge Parker hadn't destroyed the school system yet. The crack epidemic hadn't taken off yet. We have almost the same road grid with double the number of people in the metro area.

So much went bad for BR in the 80's and 90's. It's just nice to see it somewhat rebounding now.
