Libtards want to use a standard that law enforcement don't use for mass shooting, because law enforcement exclude all shootings associated with gang, drug, and other criminal activity that have multiple shooting victims. Fbi used the term like everybody thinks it means, for these one off events not tired to anything else. The libtards like their version though because it let's them use all kinds of wrong stats, like less than 10 percent of mass shootings occur in gun free zones. Where the actual stat is that +97% of mass shootings as defined by law enforcement and the fbi occur in gun free zones.
