re: Sous Vide breakfast egg cups

I'm always looking for better breakfasts that I can cook at work and I tried to make these..they were pretty good, the only issue I had was reheating them. I have a toaster oven at work and it didn't work very well to cook them in there, so if anyone has ideas other than the microwave I'd love to hear them, as it was really convenient to throw them in the fridge at work.
