Yes, it IS fake news.

The allegations were investigated, insufficient evidence to make an arrest much less trial and conviction....years ago.

The guy would have passed the clearance if he stuck around. He had passed on everything already: the temporary in March, the final in June, and was in process of WH requested additional screening from November.

If no crime was committed, if no conviction or guilty plea for a crime = passing marks for background.

The guy was in the clear for his clearance Clarence.

So, someone can use a makeup artist kit and blacken their eye, take a picture send it to the media and that person looses their job?
