Everybody in the SEC is making waves with their new coaches and he was a guy who'd run his course and was basically a NIT-level coach.
I wonder how big they'll swing for Mike White.

White would kill it there, especially considering his New Orleans roots.

Ole Miss is basically an NIT level job. They've made the NCAAt 8 times ever and Andy Kennedy is responsible for 25% of those. He is responsible for 25% of their tournament wins and 50% of their conference tournament championships. I'm not sure you're going to get someone who can do much better. It's not going to be a big name, so OM will be hoping a mid level up and comer can come in and match or exceed Kennedy's performance at the toughest job in the conference. I think it's far more likely he falls short of Kennedy's standard.
