[img]Probably since she’ll file for unemployment and collect while she sits at home and watches Maury

If she files for unemployment her previous employer will be informed and if she was terminated the employer can elect to reveal that and deny her benefits. They may or may not deny them as the employer will not get a credit for money paid into her unemployment compensation but they do have that right.

The employee if she feels she was unjustly terminated can appeal but normally it is upheld. Her best bet is to go find another job and shut her mouth.

I bet she has already. On a side note, she was a smoke show a few years back. It looks like when she had the baby she put on extra weight, then continued to pack it on.

She is closing in on 280 lady status.

Yeah, none of this is true. If she was fired, she she is eligible for unemployment in almost every state, including Florida. The only way she could be denied is if she had been fired for serious misconduct.

In the real world, a termination for a social media post is likely never going to be accepted as grounds for not receiving unemployment.
